Postage / Delivery
Prices include standard postage and packaging via Royal Mail’s 1st class post. Heavier items are sent by Royal Mail Parcel Force and an additional charge is made for a specific delivery day. There may be a surcharge for offshore UK; some areas of the Scottish Highlands and Islands and overseas destinations.

We undertake to despatch goods with 5 working days. We do not require a signature on delivery. We do keep a record of when items are posted. We cannot be held responsible for delays arising from industrial action by Royal Mail. 

Payment
We accept most major credit/debit cards through the secure Paypal payment system. IMPORTANT - Please be assured that your order will be despatched to the delivery address entered when placing your order, even though your electronic receipt from PayPal will show the cardholder's address as the delivery address.

Substitutions
Occasionally we may need to substitute an item to the same or greater value if availability is an issue. We will, of course,  attempt to contact you in this event.
